Two month sublet in gorgeous Nunhead house

We’re looking for someone to take this gorgeous, light and spacious attic room for the months of February and March.

The room is £565 per month including all bills! It comes furnished with a bed, cabinet, rail, table and chair, as well as a very powerful stand-alone radiator.

You’ll be sharing with 5 women in their mid to late twenties. Everyone gets along well but schedules vary so people mostly keep to themselves. There is a very sweet cat called Uno who lives here, so unfortunately that means no more pets.

We’re looking for someone ASAP and ideally someone female or non-binary. Move in date is now and move out date is flexible, but ideally around end of March/beginning of April.
