Bills: £100 - this covers utilities, internet and a fortnightly cleaner
Deposit: £903
Tenancy: Joint tenancy available from May with the lease ending in March 2027

The House:
Three-bed terraced house, with a separate bright living room, built in storage in the hallways, and a private back garden leading out from the kitchen and the living room. There is a small spare room, which has been used for extra storage, working space, and laundry

The street is quiet and tree-lined, lots of blossoming trees out front at the moment. It's less than 10 mins walk to Brockley station, and about 15 mins to New Cross, New Cross Gate, or 20 mins to Deptford. Easy access to central London via public transport and loads of local green spaces.

Ideal housemates enjoy casual socialising, are clean, easy going, and looking for a sel home

Brockley Station - 5min by foot for Overground/ National Rail to London Bridge and East London
New Cross Gate - Deptford Bridge - 15 mins by foot to stations connection to Victoria, Kings Cross, Cannon Street as well as dlr
Good bus links to central - bus garage is 10mins by foot

A lot of good local shops, cafes and places to eat. All amenities are close by
