The flat is located in Telegraph Hill (SE14), just an 8-minute walk to Nunhead and a little over 10 minutes to both Queens Road Peckham and New Cross Gate stations - you can be anywhere in London in 20 minutes. It’s also only a 2-minute walk to both Upper and Lower Telegraph Hill parks.
The flat is fully furnished. The available room is a small double and includes a bedside table, a set of drawers, and a clothes rack. The bed is an ottoman, providing useful storage space underneath.
