Double room, with en-suite, in a large (4-storey) Victorian house in the beautiful, picturesque Telegraph Hill.
The property has just been renovated (to a very high standard), so ideally someone who is very clean and tidy..! It's a super luxe bedroom and bathroom set-up, so I want the right person to appreciate the space.
There's a massive, very ramshackle garden - if you were a keen gardener then I'd happily chip a bit off the price - or pay you back in pizza from the pizza oven.
Very sociable generally - but also regularly spending hours reading - so no pressure either way. I am a culture head - films, theatre, gigs, comedy, exhibitions - all that jazz (apart from jazz), so a fair few evenings are spent out and about.
Probably best if you don't WFH every single day (I do - so I'd kinda feel like I'd lost having the run of the place all week...) but I'd assume some hybrid working for most people these days, which is totally fine.
If you might be interested, then I'm happy to arrange coffee (another obsession - of course, a man in his 30s in London) to see if we might get on.
