Bright, Spacious Double Room in a Relaxed Home

Looking for a lovely female flatmate to share a clean, friendly home with my 12-year-old son and me.

My son spends around 40% of his time at his dad's, so it's often nice and quiet. He's a very mature, easy-going kid who's into skateboarding and playing guitar. We're also away every half term and usually for much of the summer holidays, so you'll often get the place to yourself.

The room is actually much bigger than it looks in the photos! It has its own sink and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. We also have a lovely garden that's perfect for relaxing.

The room would suit someone who works full-time, studies, or has a busy life. It could be a particularly good fit for a Goldsmiths student, as the location is really convenient.

I'm looking for someone friendly, tidy, considerate, and who enjoys a relaxed, respectful home. Happy to chat over a cup of tea or share the occasional meal, but we also value our own space.

To keep the house calm and comfortable for everyone, I'm looking for someone who doesn't need partners or overnight guests staying over.

The house is in a great location, just a 10–15 minute walk from Nunhead, Queens Road Peckham, and New Cross Gate stations, making it easy to get around London. There's also free on-street parking outside the house, which is a real bonus if you have a car.
