Room available located in Telegraph Hill (SE14), just an 8-minute walk to Nunhead and a little over 10 minutes to both Queens Road Peckham and New Cross Gate stations - you can be anywhere in London in 20 minutes. It’s also only a 2-minute walk to both Upper and Lower Telegraph Hill parks.

The flat is fully furnished. The available room is a small double and includes a bedside table, a set of drawers, and a clothes rack. If you do not like the furniture, I am happy to remove from the room. The bed is an ottoman, providing useful storage space underneath.

The property also features an open-plan kitchen and living area, along with a modern shower room.

You’ll be sharing with Ed, who has been living in the property for some months. He is an easy going , relaxed guy who enjoys socialising but equally his own space.
