Beautiful Room In Creative 3 Bed Flat! New X Gate

Hello!! I am subletting my room from beginning of August to 30th September 2014 and need a lovely chilled person to join my two wonderful friends for these 2 summer months!

The flat is in a really lovely area, it over looks Telegraph Hill park and a view of rest of London. It's ten minutes from Goldsmiths college, and a ten minute walk to New Cross Gate or to Brockley overground stations. (Over ground heading to Highbury & Islington or trains to London Bridge both every 5 mins).

The room is really quiet and peaceful, an occasional bus passing by...but no traffic at all other than that. The room comes with - a divine double memory foam mattress (makes an amazing sleep!), wardrobe + store space, full length mirror, shelves and plants! (I will be leaving my yoga mat here and some speakers which you are welcome to use!) We have TV, washing machine, virgin internet you would also have cupboard and fridge space. There is a huge Sainsburys a 10/15 minute walk down the road. There are also off licences closer by. There is a gorgeous community cafe that does breakfast called Hill Top Cafe which is 3 mins round the corner from us too!

We are all in our early twenties. The two other flat mates are beautiful actresses, creatives, bakers, bar ladies and waitresses! The flat is very homely and sociable but respectful of working folk in need of good sleep. We are preferably looking for a female to take the room...but are just after a jolly person who fits in and can share our home! :)

Rent is £500 per month (£125 Per week) Bills excluded. Water and gas should be low as it is warm anyway now. Internet is £10 each, per month.

It would be perfect for someone moving up to London/transitioning between homes/needing a short term place to stay or just any other situation where you're wanting to stay in a welcoming home! :)
