Beautiful double room in stunning Victorian house

We have a beautiful double room for rent for up to 6 months (from 9th May until October) in our lovely house. The house is 5 mins walk from Nunhead train station with direct links to London Victoria, Blackfriars etc., a 10 min walk from Queens Road Peckham tube station and a 15 minute walk to trendy Brockley. Telegraph Hill is a special area with a lovely community feel, 5 mins walk from 2 parks and free tennis courts and a special community cafe with regular neighbourly events.

The house has a beautiful garden, shared kitchen and dining room and two bathrooms. There's a washing machine and tumble dryer. I am a primary school teacher, my husband is an Accounts Assistant, we love kayaking, country side walks and baking. We have always lived with other housemates and we're welcoming. We also have another wonderful professional female housemate. My husband and I are live-in landlords so if anything needs attending to you can be sure we will get right on it because this is our home :).

We are looking for a relaxed, calm, non-smoking female to rent our large double bedroom for £700/month, including bills.
