I have lived in this flat with my sister and a friend for almost ten wonderful years. Our friend moves on Oct 31 and we are looking for someone to move in when she does.
My sister will be moving abroad in January but won’t be filling her room so it will then become a 2 person home from January.
I work during the day and like to have a relaxed, laid back vibe at home so looking for someone with a similar outlook.
We are looking for a short term stay from 1st November, to start with 2-3 months with the potential to extend.
10 mins walk to New Cross Gate and Queen's Road Peckham stations . 5 mins to Nunhead station
Ideally we would prefer to live with another woman. It’s quite a cozy basement room with low ceilings so not suitable for anyone very tall.
Free Parking. Spacious garden. Coffee machine. Right by Telegraph Hill Park.
