The property itself is on the second and third floors of a Georgian period property situated within 2 mins walk from Trafalgar Square, Charing cross and Embankment.

I am looking for professionally employed individuals who are respectful of other tenants peace and quiet, living within a resident Landlord occupied home, so we are not looking for Individuals to create a busy social hub bringing lots of visitors to the house which would unsettle other flatmates.

Current flatmates are both British gay men professionally employed in the Civil service and Sales.

The rooms are spacious with additional communal area comprising sociable kitchen and dining room area with large range of fitted cupboards and dining table.

The bedroom that is available is as follows-

Room 1, Ensuite Double Room £830 pcm with double bed, laminate flooring, fitted shelving, cupboard space, ensuite shower with hand basin and toilet. Please note this room has only a window that looks through onto the hallway and not externally outside. 5 weeks security deposit required being £957.

The rents excludes bills for which there is a share of gas, electricity, and water which are dependant on usage and there is also wifi /broadband. Bills work out on average approx £100 per month or so.

Council tax is currently £26 per person which is payable monthly with the rent.

This property is not suitable for students or couples sharing or short term lets. This room is available from February 1st 2024 and will be offered on a minimum 6 month tenancy.

Viewings are on Saturday afternoon between 2 and 4pm only.
