Lovely clean quet private fully furnished room

I have a lovely private room on ground floor with single bed and walk in wardrobe. It has direct access to garden. It also has small kitchenette with washing machine, kettle, mini oven and toaster. Public transport (bus to Woolwich) is just opposite our house, 10 minutes drive to main transport links to London. I am looking for quiet professional preferably female to rent the room. You can rent room for short term too. Very important to love dogs as I have 16 months old puppy Maltese. You don't have to pay Council Tax. You will have like a small flat downstairs.
