Double bedroom available with professional flatmat

This is a bright airy and spacious furnished double bedroom in a cosy 2 bedroom flat situated in a 2 storey building in West Thamesmead.

I have a preference for the tenant to be a female professional aged between 25 and 35 and I need to live with someone who is clean, considerate, friendly and doesn’t make lots of noise at night!

I’d be happy with someone who works from home full time however it will need to be in their room and not in the shared living room/dining area.
The monthly cost includes all bills, so council tax (band c), service charge, electricity, water, internet and the rent of course.

The property is less than 30 mins walk and 20 mins by bus from Plumstead and Woolwich Elizabeth line and DLR stations so there are good transportation links. please feel free to ask any questions
