One furnish single room

Arrange a viewing today! One furnish double room available to either an international student or a professional person.
There is washing machine, unlimited broadband, balcony where you can go and smoke as smoking is not allowed in the rooms or anywhere else in the house. There is a lake at the bottom of the street . The house is double glazed throughout and it is very quiet and clean. Please note that electric heaters are not allowed in the house as twice there has been fires caused by the heaters.
Everyone is expected to clean up after themself and don't expect someone to do it for them.

The bus stop is 5 minutes walk away and it's two stops to Abbey Wood train station or ten mins walk. London Bridge is 25 minutes away by train. There is also the new Elizabeth line at Abbey wood station. There is also a very good bus service including night bus service.
There is a Lydl supermarket walking distance from the house and a Sainsbury's supermarket near the train station. There are other small shops in the are as well.
There are lots of open spaces and parks in the area. There is also a man made lake at the bottom of the street.
