Single room in Tooting

Single room available in Tooting, 5 mins walk from the station (commutes directly into the city). £490 a month, all bills included apart from gas/electricity. My contract ends in mid-September (I'm leaving to work abroad) but landlords have agreed to roll it over for a year at £490. If you only want it for the remainder of my tenancy, I can be negotiable on the price.

Lively area. Reliable, responsive landlords. Friendly tenants (who are all leaving soon anyway - you'll be the first new one). Probably an ideal room for a student but anyone else is welcome too.
