We're under 5 minutes from Tooting Railway Station (which is 30mins into Kings Cross) and 10 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway Tube (northern line) The flat has a large living room/dining room; a big double bedroom with plenty of storage space; a kitchen fitted with washing machine, dish washer and all other essential appliances; a large bathroom; a small garden The flat comes full furnished with near brand new furniture.

For £200 on top of the monthly rent all bills can be included. 

Available from the end of December for 12 months.
