Hi there. Three of us are leaving the flat and we are looking for new tenants to sign a new contract. 2 rooms are on offer. Ideally, we are looking for a couple and a single person, but 2 individuals are also welcomed.

The property is on a quiet road with 5-10 minute walk to Colliers Wood and Tooting Broadway tube station (Northern Line - Direct connection to the Central London - Approx 30 mins). 5-10 min walk from Lidl/Sainsbury. The area offers many different pubs, restaurants, cafes, fitness centres, including a 24-hour gym, which is perfect for shift workers. We are about a 5 min walk from St. George´s; Ideal location for any healthcare professionals working there.

We value a tidy/clean home, openness, and honesty. It is let by a private landlord and has the deposit locked in an official tenant scheme. The house is furnished and has a shared living room, kitchen, garden/patio, and 2x toilet+showers, garden shed for bike storage, BBQ and small guest room for visitors.

The rent for a couple is 720 per month, whereas the single room is 450. In the event of being 3 people, the double room would be 625 and the single room 450. Bills and taxes are around 80 per month with 4 tenants. The rooms are available from the 5th of May 2020 and the tenancy will run until the 5th of November 2020 with the possibility of extension. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes.
