The annex comprises of two double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with dining area and a modern shower room. There is also access to the garden.

The rooms are each furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a Smart TV.

The rent per room is £900 per calendar month which includes gas, electricity, water and council tax. The deposit is £900 per room.
Please note that you will have to arrange your own internet service.

The rooms are for single occupancy only, sorry no couples.
