1 Double Room & 1 Single Room in House Share

There is currently 2 rooms available in the house.

We're a house of 6, (at least we will be again soon once you join us) and looking for a new housemate.

Although there's 6 in the house, you wouldn't know it. Trying to get everyone together can sometimes be a challenge! Although we catch up over a house BBQ (in the summer, or cheese and wine (in the winter) from time to time everyone has their own busy lives.

Up until now we've had very little change and everyone seems to enjoy living here. I look after the house directly for our private landlord. Over the past few years, Will (The landlord) has refurbished the Lounge/ Dining room area, hallway/ Stairs and both bathroom and given the house, a lick of paint as well as being pretty good at replacing roofing, electrics etc, as you would expect!

All bills are included, which includes the cleaner, so all in all its a pretty good deal.

The room is available from the 1st of August..

We're not too fussy but someone who likes to have a chat from time to time is always nice and can clean up after themselves. We do have a weekly cleaner, but we like a relatively tidy place! All the standard stuff really. If you want to check out the house, drop me a message with a line or two about yourself and we'll set up some viewings in a week or so, likely on Sunday.
