We have a large spacious double bedroom available now (£670 per month)
We are looking for a professional new housemate who enjoy London and a quiet neighbourhood close to the vibrant area of Tooting with its restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs, shops and excellent transport links.
The room available is a ground floor bedroom, it has a double IKEA bed with a new mattress, two bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers, a large double wardrobe and a desk with a chair.

The house shares an upstairs bathroom, the communal area is a semi open plan kitchen, diner and lounge, this leads to the conservatory which houses the washing machine, and to the private garden.
The house is a 1 minute walk away from two local shops and a Chinese takeaway, and a 5 minute walk away from the larger supermarket and shops. The house is a 5 minute walk away from Tooting Junction main line station, Tooting Broadway tube station is a 5-10 minute bus ride or a 15-20 minute walk. There are plenty of night buses and a bus stop at the end of the road. There is ample parking in the road, a permit is required.
As well as trendy Tooting, the house is close to the common, parks and Tooting Lido is a 20 minute walk away. There is an additional cost of £30 per person per month for the cleaner who comes once a week, all other bills are Inc. The current housemates are both professionals, who like travelling, hiking bbqs and cooking. We are looking for a quiet, tidy housemate who enjoys a catch up in the evening as well as respecting each others privacy and space.
