We have a small double room available in Tooting Broadway shared house (3 girls) available from now.
Rent is a bargain £520 per month (includes Council Tax and Internet). Water/Electricity/Gas is not included and we pay them between us. The bills are £70/80 each per month, depending on the season.
Deposit of £250 with an £87 one time water bill payment for the next 8 months. You are required to sign a 6-month lease
The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a combined lounge/kitchen. 8 min walk from Tooting Broadway station. We are all in our mid 20's and work professionally in and around London.
There are 2 Kiwis and 1 Brit currently in the house. We have our own lives but we love watching terrible TV weeknights and socialising.
