Looking for someone to take over my double room in a great house share in Tooting from 30 April - 31st August 2021.
The house is shared by three friends Rachel (25), Tiph (25) and Annie (24) who have lived together in London for 3 years and enjoy spending time together watching Netflix (they're big Selling Sunset fans), going for bottomless brunches and having dinner parties together. They’re looking for someone (male or female) who is fun, sociable and easy going to move move in.
All three are currently working from home.
The bedroom comes with a double bed, a brand new wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table and has space for a small desk if you are working from home at the moment.
The house is newly refurbished with newly fitted bathrooms (1 bathroom and a separate toilet) and kitchen. There is a spacious living room, as well as a lovely rooftop patio which is great in the summer months to sit out in and get some sun.
It’s a 3 minute walk from Lidl and Tooting Train station (trains to the city and to Wimbledon) and 13 minute walk from Tooting Broadway underground station. Its also a short walk to Tooting high street which has great pubs and restaurants.
The rent is £765 per calendar month not including bills.
