We are looking for a new housemate in our lovely socialable home.

About us:
We have been living together in this house for three years and are looking for someone to join our house share. We are three profressionals who all work hybrid 9-5 jobs so ideally we are looking for someone working similar hours.

Alex - 25. Marketing exec. Bakes for us
Rach - 28. Assistant Buyer. Comes with a discount.
Faye - Marketing exec. Handy with a tradie boyfriend!

We are really easy going, love chilling and watching TV / Movies but also love going out and about with friends or with each other! We also love a roast (sometimes hungover, sometimes not - and never rationing on the portions!) We’re really clean, love making somewhere feel homely and hate clutter! Would love to find a new housemate that we can also build a friendship with. Looking for a likeminded person :)

About the house:
It is a gorge, fully furnished and homely house.

- 4 Bedrooms
- 1 Spare Room/Storage Room/Office/Closet (dumping ground)
- 3 Bathrooms (1 is an En-suite but means we never fight for a shower!)
- Lovely kitchen with a super oven/hob
- Living Room/dining room with big bay window (the comfiest place to lie!)
- Cosy garden with Love Island vibe woodwork and outdoor fire pit
- Finally... loads of cupboard spaces including an Annex!

The landlord is super chilled and flexible. We deal with him directly for any issues and he has a handyman nearby who can come fix anything within a few days.

About the area:
It is based on a quiet street. There’s some wacky neighbours who go ALL out at Christmas and Halloween, but apart from that it’s a super safe and quiet area. It’s about a 5 min walk from the High Street and then just a couple mins to the Tube station (Tooting Broadway). There’s loads of shops/restaurants/ pubs around the area - especially in the Market which is just down the street from us.

Tooting Bec: 10 mins
Tooting Common: 10 mins

The Room:
Double bedroom with garden view.
It’s a warm, cosy room which the current housemate has spent time perfecting it.
The room comes with a bed with good storage areas. Table and drawers not included.

Bills:
On average we pay around £120 each month (less in the summer and more in the winter) - this covers the bills and any cleaning products/house essentials. We have a bank account created and we will split any money we’ve overpaid at the end of the year.
