Very Spacious Double Room in Tooting Broadway

Hi guys, I am moving out on July 6 to go back to Germany so I am looking for someone to fill my room.
This is a large and very spacious double room in a shared house with 2 bathrooms, one of which has recently been redone and is the one nearest to this room, a big kitchen, a shared front room and a little garden.

The room is furnished with a bed, a bedside table, 2 wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a desk and desk chair and a tv table (basically all you can see on pictures 3 - 6)
The housemates (6 including myself) are all super nice and are all professionals so you will have no issues getting along with them, however it is usually a very quiet house since most of them will be working.

It is only about a 6-7 minute walk from Tooting Broadway station and less than 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket and even less to Tooting Market where there's loads of great places to get food and drink.
