Our housemate, is moving out after 8 years of living here so we are looking for a new housemate. We are hoping to share with a friendly, considerate professional who is clean, tidy and who will treat the place like a home, so it’s a peaceful space for everyone. Maybe like to have a chat in kitchen, drink, chill out with a film or have dinner together occasionally. The house is a great place to relax at the end of a long day.

You'll be living with me (Jo), I've been here for 2 years and Louise who has been here for just under a year.

The downstairs bedroom is a good size and features original fireplaces/ features. It comes with a double bed, and wardrobe and a built in cupboard in one alcove.

The house is fully furnished and has a has a separate kitchen and lounge, an upstairs bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC, a downstairs toilet, a rear private garden and a spare room for working from home/hanging the washing.

The house is situated on a quiet street and is conveniently located within a 5-7 minute walk from Tooting Bec underground. It is also only 15-20 minute walk from Balham train station, with good transport links to Clapham Junction (10 minutes) and central London (20 minutes).

Local amenities include Sainsbury’s, good pubs, takeaways and restaurants/cafes, gyms, and Tooting Bec Common. Tooting Bec Lido and Wandsworth Commons are also within easy reach.

The room can be available from 16th October.

Rent is £550 a month and bills should come to around £100 per month on average. There is broadband and Netflix. The deposit is £694.
