We have a spacious double room available in a cosy and airy house located on a lovely, quiet residential street, a very short walk from Tooting Broadway & Tooting Bec stations. ✨

THE HOUSE 🏡
The house boasts two bathrooms: a bath-shower combo and a shower room, both equipped with a sink and toilet. The fully-equipped kitchen and living room come with a smart TV, perfect for Netflix and Amazon Prime binges, and all the necessary appliances. For the cycling enthusiasts, there's a secure bike storage area. 🤌

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD 🏘️
The house is a short walk from the popular Tooting Common. It's a 5-minute walk to both Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway.

You'll be close to boutique shops, great cafes, the local market, and a variety of bars and restaurants. A local supermarket is just a 1-minute walk away.🛍️🛒

THE ROOM 🛏️
The homely double room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, bedside table, and a desk, and features a large window.🔆

THE HOUSEMATES 🏠
You'll be living with four other male professionals aged 24-32. We prefer a male tenant, as all the current tenants are male.

Please note that we don't accept couples in our house shares to avoid overcrowding, only one tenant per room.

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £150 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👌

We are a boutique property company specialising in homely house shares in SW London. We take pride in personally meeting and hand picking our tenants to ensure we create the right dynamic in a sociable home.

We are not an agency (more like a professional landlord). As such, we do not take a commission or charge any fees.
