Our neighbours are really lovely and we've got a nice community feel in our little cul-de-sac.
We've got good access to cycling route, buses going to Clapham Junction, E&C and Brixton.
We also have an amazing variety of supermarkets in the area - Tesco Express for a fix quick and Lidl, Aldi, Holland & Barrett and Sainsbury's heading towards Broadway.
If you love an M&S & a Waitrose, that'll be towards Balham / Clapham Common, but there's so much in between as well as good local coffee & brunch spots if you're a foodie!
You'll be living with 2 guys called Joel & Conor.
Joel & Conor are between 27 - 35, one works in audio production, while the other is in medicine, they are outgoing, love to hangout every now and then and occasionally watch TV together.
They are looking for a housemate (ideally male) who would love to be part of this household, loves to keep communal areas clean & tidy and is happy to look after the driveway & garden with us (landlady requirements).
Looking for professionals preferably!
