One lovely room available in Tooting household

Hey you! I've got a double room available in this peaceful, spacious & clean lovely house with a garden, right in the heart of Tooting Bec & Broadway.

Rent is £846 pcm with bills falling between £85-£95 depending on the rise and fall of G&E.

My neighbours are really lovely and there's a nice community in our little cul-de-sac.

We've got good access to cycling route, buses going to Clapham Junction, E&C and Brixton.

We also have an amazing variety of supermarkets in the area - Tesco Express for a fix quick and Lidl, Aldi, Holland & Barrett and Sainsbury's heading towards Broadway.

If you love an M&S & a Waitrose, that'll be towards Balham / Clapham Common, but there's so much in between as well as good local coffee & brunch spots if you're a foodie!

You'll be living with myself & my mum - Tayo (a historian) who also rent the property. My mum is super chill and I'm not being biased, but all our previous housemates tend to love my mum more than me. Since my mum moved in, there's been an endless abundance of Jollof rice, so if you're curious about some Nigerian food, then you'll be in right place to try some.

I'm in my 30's, work for a brand consultancy in Central London (but mostly work from home) & go to KXC - have been there for a couple of years now and run a small group on Thursday evenings, alternating between the house and my co-leads flat.

I'm looking for a housemate (ideally female) who would love to be part of this household, loves to keep communal areas clean & tidy and is happy to also look after the driveway & garden with me.
