The house has a large modern kitchen, living room and dining room, 2 shared bathrooms and a garden.
The 47 inch tv in the living room has sky tv and netflix.
Fast fibre broadband available throughout the house.

The house is located in a very quiet residential street. Around 13 minutes walk to Tooting Broadway underground station, 5 minutes walk to Tooting overground station and a few minutes walk from bus routes. Very conveniently located for St Georges Hospital being near a bus route that goes right into the hospital grounds and it is also walkable in about 25 minutes.

The house is about 10 minutes walk from Tooting Common, popular for jogging and walking and from the Tooting Lido.

Local supermarkets are within 5 minutes walk and there is a large Sainsburys and Lidl less than 15 minutes walk away. Tooting has many cafes and restaurants and of course the well known popular Tooting Market full of small and quirky bars and restaurants serving foods from many parts of the world.

Current housemates are 3 females and they would prefer a female to take this room.
