The room has a double bed, large wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table with drawers, shelving and a desk.

The house has a large modern kitchen, living room and dining room, 2 shared bathrooms and a garden. A treadmill is available for use. The Kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine available to use also.

Fast fibre broadband available throughout the house.

A cleaner comes in once a week to clean all the communal areas of the house.

The house is located in a very quiet residential street. Around 13 minutes walk to Tooting Broadway underground station, 5 minutes walk to Tooting overground station and a few minutes walk from bus routes. Very conveniently located for St Georges Hospital being near a bus route that goes right into the hospital grounds and it is also walkable in about 25 minutes. Brixton, Streatham and Wimbledon are easily accessible by a direct bus. Wimbledon can also be reached by a 3 minute train ride.

You would be sharing with 3 females. These females would prefer to share with a 4th female.

£950 per month inclusive of all bills and weekly cleaner.
