Room to rent in tooting

This double room forms part of a spacious massionette around 10minutes walk from tooting bec station and a 2 minute walk from the common. The room comes with its own separate office for homeworking and a bathroom (not en-suite but not shared). It can be furnished or unfurnished, currently mostly furnished.

The property also includes a living room, a separate kitchen with a terrace and a loft conversion. It is a 3 bed (plus the office) but would be lived in as a 2 person (the other being me, the owner) so that both occupants have their own home working space and bathroom.

I am a lawyer in my late 20s, enjoy playing and watching sport and I am a keen runner. I bought the flat a few months ago and have done it up to a nice standard (or I think so at least!).
