- Kitchen equipped with all mod cons appliances - including air fryer, slow cooker, George Foreman & a massive oven capable of a Game of Thrones scale roast or a challenge from Bake-Off...



- Dining area with table & chairs



- Outdoor decking area with ample space for BBQs etc . . . 



- Garden has a pear tree and seasonal flowering plants

- Buses 57, 127 and 333 stop at the end of our road (1 minute walk).


- Tooting rail station is a 5 minute walk



- Tooting Broadway tube is 12-15min walk, or 5mins by bus



- Parking available on our street.



We are a considerate household and aim to keep things clean and tidy; guests are always welcome but this is not a party house.



Resident cat is very friendly with occasional zoomies (no litter tray action needed as she goes outside)
