Double room in friendly house share

We are two female housemates looking to fill 2 bedrooms as our current housemates have been lucky enough to buy their own places. We enjoy socialising together as well as with our own friends, going out for food and drinks, going to the gym, exploring London, travelling, day trips, all the normal stuff really.

Jobs wise we are a Pharmaceutical buyer & an Addiction co-ordinator. We are generally office based but do work from home on some days too and are looking for a housemate with a similar job pattern.

The house is beautifully decorated throughout and we absolutely love living here. The roomd are both double which comes with a wooden bed side table and a wardrobe. One of the available rooms is £700 PCM and the other is £750PCM.
we have plenty of bars, pubs, restaurants, shops and the common is minutes away. Tooting Broadway Tube station is about an 8 minute walk and Tooting National rail station about 15.

We’re a nice bunch, looking for a like minded housemates.

We are looking to meet potential housemates ASAP with an official move in date on 9th November. However we do have flexibility if you need to move in earlier.

Rent: £700/ £750/month
Bills: £140/month - this covers gas, electricity, water, council tax, Wi-Fi and a cleaner.

Deposit: £850

Just to add the house will be getting repainted and spruced up throughout so it will be nice and fresh very soon.
