Double Room in Tooting

Myself (22) and Georgia (25) are sadly having to find a new tenant for our gorgeous flat in Tooting! The flat is a 10 min walk away from Tooting Broadway station so great for the Northern Line. The bus connections are also fab with the G1 going straight past the house. The road is quiet and we’ve never had any issues with outside noise. The bathroom is shared between you and myself! The bedroom comes with a shelf, wardrobe and double bed with a mattress! The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer but the best appliance has to be the wine cooler ;)

The flat will be ready to move in to around mid June but date is TBC. We’ve signed a contract for 18 months which ends in August 2024 so we’re looking for someone who can ideally stay until the end of the contract! Bills come to around £100 pp per month, water is billed twice yearly.

We have an open plan living area which is lovely because we’re a chatty pair and looking for someone who is similar. We like a pub trip but equally enjoy a night in with cocktails and a board game! We’re both very tidy and would like someone who treats the house like a home, not just a flat share :) We are also a fairly quiet household, occasionally having friends over for drinks/dinner but being respectful of our neighbours! Georgia works from home most of the time, I work at St George’s so not at home during the day!

My dog visits very occasionally (like once every 3 months) so would be nice to have someone who is okay with dogs! She’s small and well behaved but very affectionate :)
