There’s a very large, spacious room available to move in from the 21st July in the Tooting/Earlsfield area. Your room has three large cupboards, plenty of space for a desk and chest of draws. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with two girls. The bathroom is big with a huge bath, separate shower and double sinks. The landlord won’t accept couples.

The house is modern and well-kept. Huge kitchen, two living areas, backyard, large fridge and freezer, plenty of cupboard space, large hob, double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.

You’ll be living with two females and one male, all working professionals. Ages 25-29. One Irish, one English and one Australian. We are all busy and active, friendly and relaxed.

Your rent will be £950 per month and bills are an additional £187 a month. Bills include all the basics such as full Virgin TV, 350mb uncapped broadband, gas, water, electricity and a weekly cleaner which keeps the house nice and there’s never issues about splitting housework.
The closet is tube station is Tooting Broadway (5min bus away or 15min walk), and Earlsfield Station, also a 5min bus or min 15min walk if you need the train.
