1 of the tenants are moving out, so there is a cosy double room to rent in a 4 bed house in Tooting, 9 minutes walk from the station.

The flat has no living room but a spacious communal shared kitchen with a dining table. It has 1 bathroom upstairs and a wc downstairs.

I am looking for someone sociable who is tidy and respectful.

Rent is £850 a month and bills are a bit less than £100 a month.
