Two double bedrooms in a brand new flat after a major refurbishment. New kitchen, bathroom, carpet and furniture. It also has a decent-sized balcony which is great in summer.

All bills included except for electric and gas which will depend on consumption (usually about £25-30 pcm pp).

Tooting station is a 3-min walk away and the train takes you into the city within 20 mins. Direct links to the City, Blackfriars, Farringdon and St. Pancras International. Tooting Broadway and Colliers Wood tube stations are both 15-16 mins away.

The area has lots of shops, restaurants and bars to offer. There's a 24-hour gym 5 mins away and a large park with table tennis and open air gym just across the road. Tennis courts are minutes away too.

Looking for someone clean and tidy who will look after the flat like their own. No pets. No parties. No smokers please.
