Location is <5 mins from Tooting station (thameslink) and 5 mins bus ride/10 min walk to Tooting Broadway (Northern line).
Street is quiet (away from the main high street), family neighbours and feels very safe.
Lidl and Tesco express are within 5 min walk from the house.
