I’m advertising on behalf of in laws as they are not tech savvy..

My father in law and his wife live together in their 6 bedroom home and are looking to rent a top floor room which features a large double bedroom with a separate bathroom. You will have the top floor and bathroom to yourself.

They are a lovely welcoming couple in their 50’s and enjoy entertaining their family. They have a quiet home so they’re looking for like minded people (students or professionals, preferably female) to rent the top floor. No smoking or pets. No pork produce or alcohol at home or overnight visitors. All bills are included and you will have full access to the kitchen (with dining table) and garden, there is off road parking and street parking right outside.

Transport: the house is a 15-20 minute walk to either Tooting Broadway or Tooting Bec station for the Northern Line. It is a 10 minute walk to Tooting/The Mitre bus stop for the 44, 77, 57, 127, 333, 270, 280, 264 and 355 (all buses are 2 stops away from Tooting Broadway station). A 10 minute walk the opposite direction to Tooting Bec Athletics Track bus stop for the 249 and 319 which is 3 stops to Tooting Bec.

The G1 can stop outside the house and goes directly to St George’s Hospital.
St George’s Hospital is about a 20 minute walk.

Tooting High Street is a mere 10 minute walk away with a plethora of restaurants, jewellery stores, infamous Tooting Market, beer gardens and Asian clothing stores.
