Quiet home close to tooting train station :)

Hello sailors! Welcome to your new cosy home!

We are looking for a new home-mate, who is calm, peaceful, respectful and very clean. Viewings in person, no time wasters please.

The perfect sailor to join our crew is a professional who is on top of London life and keeps up with everything in the house, from payments and keeping the house organised and clean.

Here things are simple. You clean as you go, you do your cleaning rota once a month (1 person swaps every week), other than that, you will be have lots of communal space, you will just share the bathroom with another girl (house has two floors, with one bathroom in each floor). You take cleaning seriously and you know about recycling.

The house - Big house with lovely vibe, creativity is all around. Lots of communal spaces, and plants. We have an off-licence right downstairs, very handy. Quiet area with Lidl just 7 min away, great connections with buses and about 15 min walk to Tooting Broadway station. Hope you know Tooting, we love it down here! We speak English, Spanish, Catalan and Korean.

The room - You have a big room, storage, a desk to work and a double bed, furnished. I don’t have better pictures at the moment. Its located in the second floor.

We do NOT accept and we won’t tolerate: discrimination, lack of respect, racism or any other kind of abuse or negative actitud. We live peacefully, with joy, in a family vibe house, where we help each other, more than creating problems.
