Two besties looking for a new roomie

We're looking for a 3rd, to replace our current housemate. Room available for 1 January (possibly earlier)

Please respond with basic info about yourself, budget, job and when you want to move in.

Sorry for the incoming essay, but we'll be grateful if you read it thoroughly.

My name is Goùrdan (she/her) 32, British born Jamaican and native south Londoner.
Andy (he/him) is 38 British born Chinese Vietnamese, proud Yorkshireman London transplant.

There is also a cat - she's a rescue and extremely shy so wouldn't do well with other pets unfortunately. We're LGBTQ friendly.

The house is 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, well sized garden and large shed.
SW17 Furzedown/Tooting.

The available room is on the lower floor a large double and comes part furnished, a bed, chest of draws, with space for a desk so suitable for someone to WFH in their room.

The person in the downstairs bedroom has sole use of the downstairs bathroom. A shower, sink and toilet you don't have to share.
We are in the upstairs rooms and share the upstairs bathroom.

There's a small conservatory, can be used used to dry clothes inside (with a dehumidifier) during the winter.

Andy and I both work from home. Upstairs in our rooms and in the small box room. We also share the office space for drying and occasional music practice.

Tooting overground is a 10min walk, and Tooting Broadway (northern line) is 10mins by bus, the bus stop is right outside the house. Getting to central is an easy commute from the house.

We have 1 Gbps fibre WiFi in every room.
Dishwasher.
Wide range of cuisines available on deliveroo/ubereats.
We're willing to share cutlery crockery and dishes and house basics.

We're not a party house, quite chill and spend a lot of time at home. So, hoping to find someone considerate, willing to share house chores, pay bills on time, and who doesn't have to be told to clean up after themselves.
Usual rules of sharing if you use it clean it, and ask if you want to use something that isn't yours.

We've been friends for 10 years and spend a lot of time together, hanging out, watching tv (anime, cooking shows, asian dramas and reality shows), eating out together and playing video games. You can join in as much or as little as you like 😊

We're also open to questions you have about us or the house.
