Huge top-floor double room in Tooting

Hello potential new flatmate!

🌟ABOUT THE ROOM 🌟 This huge well-lit double room is fully furnished with a dobule bed, a big wardrobe w/ mirror, two chests of drawers, a bedside table, and storage in the eaves. Bright room, tons of natural light. Move in date August 10th (can move in up to seven days earlier, Aug 3rd if needed). Rent price is already set the same for another year from September 10th, so no fears of it going up! Bills come to around £105 each. Technically no minimum term, as can swap in through SpareRoom, but we're hoping for a long-term housemate!

🌟WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 🌟We are looking for a friendly, like-minded person to join our 4 person house share in Tooting. We value well-being, tidiness and living in a calm, supportive and respectful atmosphere 💕 but also up for a party! 🙌

🌟ABOUT US🌟 We are 3 young professionals between the ages of 25 - 32 who are easy going and sociable, love to meet new people, and hang with friends, but also appreciate some alone time, as does everyone! We are really lovely, warm, and easy-going bunch of people who are always up for a laugh.
🎩 Georgia is 25 and works in film marketing (read: free cinema tickets) 😉 She’s bubbly, super friendly and northern so knows how to make a stellar cup of tea. She loves watching tv in the evenings, going for an explore of the city, and going out dancing. She’s also LGBTQIA+ and a huge fan of drag/theatre, so allies are an absolute must!
🎩 Babs is 32, is friendly and warm, will be up for getting to know you! She grew up in London and has a multicultural background, so speaks French, Polish, basic Spanish and loves learning about different cultures, history and alternative ways of living. She works as a Campaigner for a children’s charity and so has converted to reality TV in her down time 😄 She loves being outdoors, travelling, dancing, swimming, crafts, growing veg 🥕sharing time with friends and meeting new people.
🎩Emma is 30 and new to London last year so spends most of her time exploring the city looking for new bookshops, museums, and places to eat and drink. When she’s not out and about in the city or away travelling, she works as a project manager for an education charity. She loves meeting people and making new friends so will give you a warm welcome to the house! 🥳

🌟ABOUT THE HOUSE🌟 The house itself is a beautiful former family home which we’ve decorated nicely, and keep clean and tidy. We have a large (22m!) garden which provides lots of space for having people round, bbq’s, or just to step outside to listen to birds during a busy work day! Plus, we're in a great area for amazing food and we're just 1-min from a Lidl.
