Our lovely flat mate Catia is leaving us on the 25th March and we are looking to find a new flat mate for her room.
It's a clean and sizeable flat shared between 3 other people with a living room. The place is about 5 minute walk from Tooting Bec station, 3 minute walk away from a Tesco and a LIDL and the area also has amazing restaurants and pubs.
Ideally looking for a young professional that would fit the vibe of the flat (I'm a data analyst for a think tank and Dillan works in insurance). Someone friendly in their 20s or early 30s would be perfect!
Rent for the room is £750 plus gas + electricity bills which comes at about £60 a month. Water and broadband is included in the rent and we also have a cleaner for the shared living spaces come every 2 weeks.
