Double Room in Tooting Houseshare

One room has become available at the end of our current lease term. We have a good relationship with the landlords (a previous housemates parents) and are looking for a new housemate who is happy to join in extending the lease with us for 1 year.

The house is situated on a quiet and safe road in between Tooting Broadway underground and Tooting overground station, less than 10 minutes walk to both. Bills are usually around £80 each a month.

The room comes with a small double bed and has a built in wardrobe and shelving for storage. The room is available at a cheaper price due to the size but our living room is always free during the day and could be used by the new tenant to accommodate more comfortable home working.
