We are renting out our lovely 2 bedroom terraced house. It has been recently renovated, with a new kitchen extension. This means all appliances are like new.

Kitchen: Open plan kitchen/diner. Skylights and large glass bifold doors which allows a lot of natural light in. Built in washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, boiling water tap, and wine fridge.

Garden: Very good sized garden with patio area at the back for BBQs,. Beds for you to plant things as you wish.

Bedroom 1: Main bedroom with double bed. Good size with original wooden flooring. Built in wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: Cosy bedroom with queen bed. Industrial style open wardrobe and shelving.

Bathroom: Shared bathroom between the two bedrooms. Bath and shower.

Area: Situated on a very quiet road in Tooting. It is 5 minutes walk from Tooting Common. 12 minutes walk from both Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway tube stations (both on the Northern line). Tooting is a lively area full of restaurants, shops and markets. Lots of good schools nearby.
