Double Room in Tooting Mews

Good sized double room available in gated mews, 10 minutes walk to Tooting Broadway tube station.

Room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk. Majority of bedroom furniture in the pictures is owned by our current housemate, so he will be taking those with him upon moving out.

House is 3 bed, 2.5 bath situated over 3 floors. Living room, dining room, kitchen and toilet located on the ground floor. Private garden and driveway, however parking is not available.

Supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, Tooting Market, gym, coffee shops etc all located within 10 minute walk of the house.

We have lived together for the past 2-3 years, however the room is becoming available as our housemate is moving in with his partner.

Existing tenants are hard working professionals, with a mix of working from the office and from home. We are both fairly busy week to week, spending multiple nights a week exercising, playing sport, eating out, going for drinks, seeing friends etc, but do also enjoy a quiet night in cooking and watching TV. We keep the place clean and enjoy having a chilled household.

We are looking for another professional who is easy going and will fit in well with the house dynamic. A good balance between having their own social life but also wanting to join us for meals/drinks/socials would be ideal!

The room will be available from early June, however exact date is still to be established. We will update once we have a more accurate move in date. Current contract is until late June 2025 and deposit of £1,038 will be payable to vacating housemate.
