Tooting flat bedroom

Who we are
We are Paul (27) and Brad (26) and we work in finance and law. We are both into sports, music, gym and going out with friends

What we’re looking for
We are looking for another guy to join our flat aged between 25 - 30 with the tenancy starting on the 13th May (although the room is currently empty so this could be earlier if required). Ideally, we would like someone who has similar interests to us but obviously this isn’t a must! It would also be great if you work from the office at least 2-3 days a week.

The flat
The flat is a 3 bed flat with a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and storage cupboard.

The room
The room is a spacious room and is the second largest in the flat. It comes with a bed, desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table

The area
Based in Tooting Broadway, just a 5-10 minute walk from the station, the location is great. There are multiple shops (large Sainsbury’s, One Stop, and Mark’s and Spencer’s) within the same distance. We are also just a 10 minute walk from Tooting market and about 15 minutes from the common. Anytime Fitness is also less than a 2 minute walk
