Hello! I’m moving out of my gorgeous flat in Tooting to move in with my boyfriend from mid June.
Rent comes out on the 19th of the month & I’ll be moving out the 15th June so the room is available from then. Bills come to about £140/£150 each a month
THE ROOM
the room is a decent sized double bedroom that comes with built in wardrobes & a chest of drawers. I’m willing to also sell my desk, desk chair, bedside tables and large mirror (if not everything will just go on Facebook marketplace!)
THE FLAT
The flat comes with separate living room, kitchen / diner, bathroom and its own private garden which is AMAZING in the summer!
THE HOUSEMATES
My two lovely housemates, Meg & Kathryn, are a dream to live with - one’s a primary school teacher & one is an accountant / actor. The house is really chilled, we like to do things together at the weekend but also take chill time during the week. This isn’t a party house so no big parties please!
