1 month short term let in Tooting

I am away for work for 1 month so renting my room out. It’s a lovely 2 bed flat less than 5 minute walk from Tooting Bec station (Northern Line). The property comes fully furnished and the room itself has an en-suite. My flatmate is away a lot of the time so you’d have the space mostly to yourself but looking for someone who is a working professional and is respectful/keeps to themselves, but also friendly! The price is rent+bills included. The room is very spacious, a double bed with an area to work and lots of storage. You’re a short walk to both Wandsworth and Tooting Bec Common and easy access to Tooting Market and Balham for lots of lovely restaurants shops and pubs. Feel free to message me for more info!
