Our lovely housemate is moving out to travel after a couple of years in this fab house so we have a double room available! We’re looking for someone sociable who’s up for the occasional tv/pub evenings, dinners, having a laugh, etc. and becoming friends as well as housemates, while being respectful of personal space/downtime. Clean and tidy, we all pitch in with housework to maintain a great living environment for everyone. We’re 2 responsible young professional females late 20s and are both super easy-going. Sarah is a photographer (great news for your IG and dating profiles) and Amy works in landscape and environment at Wimbledon 🌿🎾 lgbtq+ friendly is a must 😊

The room:
• Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe/drawers, and bedside table. Space for a desk.
• Minimum 6-month lease with a rolling contract after that.
• Rent, including bills, is under £630 per month – a steal!

The house:
• Ground-level terraced house with 3 bedrooms, shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge, and garden.
• Amenities include Wi-Fi, shower bath, washer-dryer, TV with streaming platforms, and street parking.
• Located next to Tooting Commons, a 7-min walk from the bus stop, and a 12-min walk from Tooting Bec station (Northern Line).
