Single room in Tooting

Hello Everyone,

A single room for one person is becoming available from 30th June. Our current tenant is unfortunately moving back home and we are looking to fill in the space.

About the room:
Single room with single bed and two wardrobes. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with 3 other people. All are professionals and work office hours as well as shift work.
Room is very close to main line rail station Tooting (2 mins walk) and 10 mins walk from northern line (Tooting Broadway). Very close to all sort of shops.

We also have a small dog in the house but she keeps herself to herself and doesn’t cause any issues.

We are looking for someone quiet and mainly clean. We all share the cleaning every so often.

It is LGBT+ friendly house.

Room is available from 30th June and preference of that move in date to stay. 1 full month deposit is required.

Viewings can be arranged at various times of the day.

I previously had questions whether potential tenants can pay few months in advance and if you are the right fit then by all means you can.
