Two doubles and one single in Tooting

Sadly, my three lovely flatmates are moving out for various reasons (work, relationships), so I am looking to fill three rooms for a move in at the start of August.

The flat is 5 mins walk from Tooting Broadway station and has a garden, shared living room and one bathroom. Bedrooms available are 2x double and one single, all on the second floor and furnished.

My name is Joe (27) and a journalist working in the City. I have been in the house for the past 12 months and its a lovely spot, right next to tooting market and not far from the common.

A little more about me. WFH 2x a week, avid reader, love to charity shop, play football/gym/golf etc.

Looking to keep the current gender split of 50:50 too but, obviously, open to being flexible.

It has been a social flat for the past 12 months so would be keen to keep that going. Pub, lunch, mooching around all positives. Prospective non-league Tooting and Mitcham fans are also welcome.
