The property also has 2 bathrooms, a garden, a large garage/shed used for storage, washing machine, tumble dryer and 2 fridges. The house is located less than a 5 min walk from Tooting Bec tube station and Tooting Bec common.
The room is £850. Bills not included - energy, council tax, wifi and water comes to c.£110 but varies seasonally.

We’re only looking for a new housemate as one of the guys is purchasing a property in the area.

We're all good friends as well as housemates and so we're looking for someone who wants to be social and get involved in stuff we do as a house, which mainly involves sports and pub trips.
We're not a 'lad' house and we respect each other's work/ sleep schedules.

We are looking for someone to move in from August 5th. The current rental agreement is until October, but we’d be looking for someone who would be willing to sign for another year from then. We’d also prefer in-person viewings if possible.
